Peacock Theater SAFE

We're thrilled to welcome you back to Peacock Theater! The health and safety of our guests, performers, and team members is our number one priority. We have worked closely with state and local health officials to responsibly and thoughtfully implement new safety protocols to provide you not only a safe, but enjoyable experience. We look forward to giving you a reason to cheer and creating unforgettable memories with you, once again. Be sure to check back here as information is updated often.

The state of California and LA County are lifting requirements for indoor mega events; starting April 1, 2022, ticketed guests are no longer required to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test to enter Peacock Theater. Remember, if you’re not feeling well, please stay home!

For the full terms and conditions, please see Peacock Theater Policies below.

Mobile Ticketing & Entry Process

All ticketed guests will be asked to have their tickets to the event on their mobile device.

Face Coverings

Face coverings are not required, but are strongly recommended for everyone, regardless of vaccination status, in indoor public spaces by both the state and county public health departments.

Bag Policy

Bags that are smaller than 14”x14”x6” will be permitted inside Peacock Theater. Backpacks of any size and all bags larger than 14”x14”x6” are not permitted. Please note that some events may enforce a modified bag policy. Please see the specific event page or contact Guest Services for further information.

We’re Fans of Clean Hands

Clean your hands often by washing with soap and water for 20 seconds or using hand sanitizer. There are touchless hand sanitizer stations, faucets, paper towel dispensers, and soap dispensers throughout the venue.

Peacock Theater is a fully cash-free venue that only accepts debit and credit cards, including major contactless and mobile payment methods, for a safe and speedy check out. We no longer accept cash. If you do not have an accepted cashless method of payment, "Cash to Card" conversion kiosks are free of charge and located throughout the venue.

Food & Drink

All guests can order any food and drinks throughout the theater at any concession stands or kiosks located throughout the lobbies. Pick up your food and drinks at the designated pick up locations.

No Smoking

Peacock Theater is a smoke-free venue.

GBAC STAR Facility Accreditation

Because your health and safety are our top priority, we’ve made many upgrades and enhancements to ensure that all of Peacock Theater, even the air that you breathe, meets or exceeds industry standards to guarantee Peacock Theater is the safest and most hygienic it can be. We use MERV-14 air filters, high-touch surfaces and heavily trafficked areas are continuously disinfected, and all spaces undergo a rigorous disinfection and cleaning after every event. We’re proud that these improvements have earned us the highest level of GBAC STAR Facility Accreditation as determined by the world’s most respected venue industry cleaning association.

Thank you for doing your part by following all our new health and safety procedures. Let’s continue to keep each other healthy as we navigate through this reopening process as responsibly as we can.

Thank you for doing your part by following all our new health and safety procedures.

COVID-19 Assumption of Risk

In-person public gatherings and events carry an inherent higher risk of exposure to COVID-19. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease. Prior to attending a public gathering or event, please learn more about the risks involved and evaluate your individual risk level. In particular, vulnerable individuals, such as certain older adults and those with certain pre-existing health conditions, who have an increased risk for severe illness or death, need to take extra precautions against COVID-19.

Guests understand that (a) the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and any resulting disease (together with any mutation, adaptation or variation thereof, “COVID-19”) is extremely contagious and there is an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people are present, including without limitation, Peacock Theater; (b) no precautions, including any protocols that may be implemented by Peacock Theater, producers of events at Peacock Theater, any concessionaire or caterer at Peacock Theater, any lender to Peacock Theater, and/or any of the respective Peacock Theater or event sponsors or promoters and/or other third parties (such as by federal and state governmental agencies) (collectively, the “COVID-19 Protocols”), can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19; (c) the risks of exposure to COVID-19 are increased by proximity to other people; (d) there is no guarantee, express or implied, that guests will not be exposed to COVID-19; (e) people of all ages and health conditions, including healthy young people, have been adversely affected by COVID-19; (f) certain people have been identified by public health authorities as having greater risk based on their age or underlying medical conditions; and (g) exposure to COVID-19 can result in being subject to quarantine requirements, illness, disability, and other short-term and long-term health effects, including death, regardless of a person’s age or health condition.  Guests also acknowledge that the COVID-19 Protocols may prove inadequate to prevent the exposure and transmission of COVID-19 and that it is possible that from time to time persons present at Peacock Theater or at any locations in which the events may be held or where people are gathered, may not comply fully with the COVID-19 Protocols.  Guests understand that the implementation of the COVID-19 Protocols does not guarantee that guests will not be exposed to or contract COVID-19 as a result of their attendance at Peacock Theater or pass COVID‑19 on to others, including other guests and family members of guests.  Guests understand and knowingly and voluntarily assume all such COVID-19 related risks related to attending and traveling to and from events at Peacock Theater.  Those risks may include an increased risk of exposure to illness (including, but not limited to, COVID-19), personal injury, disability, and other short-term or long-term health effects including death, which might result not only from guests’ own actions, inactions or negligence, but from the actions, inactions or negligence of any of the Released Parties (as defined below).  Guests accept that they have personal responsibility for any and all of their respective costs and expenses, damages, liability, and other losses that they, or any of their respective heirs, assigns, executors, administrators, next of kin or other persons acting or claiming to act on their behalf,  may incur in connection with the risks described above.

Guests agree to follow Peacock Theater health and safety policies, as well as all applicable Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) guidance, local, state and federal orders, regulations and ordinances pertaining to health and safety at all times while at Peacock Theater.
