AXS Mobile ID is digital ticketing technology that provides the flexibility and convenience of safely and securely managing tickets online or in the AXS mobile app and is the preferred admission method for the venue. It eliminates paper tickets and allows you to enter the venue with your AXS Mobile ID and manage your tickets digitally. AXS Mobile ID gives you the ability to transfer, sell and buy seats through an official marketplace endorsed by the venue.
Peacock Theater is located at 777 Chick Hearn Court and Figueroa St. directly across the street from Crypto.com Arena.
The box office is open three hours prior to the event through intermission on event days only and is closed on non-event days.
Will Call Pick Up
Peacock Theater does not offer Will Call pick up and does not accept Will Call drop off.
Advance Ticket Sales
The Crypto.com Arena Box Office is open Tuesdays 12pm-4pm for walk up sales for Peacock Theater Events. All tickets purchased at the box office will be delivered via mobile delivery, no printed paper tickets will be distributed at the windows.
Tickets are available for purchase at AXS.com for all upcoming events.
Advance tickets sales for Peacock Theater and The Novo events are available for purchase at the Crypto.com Arena Box Office. The Crypto.com Arena Box Office will stop selling Peacock Theater or The Novo tickets on the day of a Peacock Theater or The Novo event, 3 hours prior to the event start, at which time tickets can be purchased at the Peacock Theater and The Novo Box Office directly. On event days, the Peacock Theater will open 3 hours prior to the start of the event.*
*Please note on some events that begin prior to 12pm, the box office may open only 2 hours prior to the event. Be sure to check the event page for specific information.

Wheelchair and Accessible Seating Policy
Accessible/disabled seating is available on all levels of Peacock Theater. Accessible seating is reserved exclusively for patrons with accessible needs and their companions. Patrons purchasing accessible seating may purchase one (1) accessible seat and three (3) companion seats adjacent to the accessible seat. Depending upon availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space. This policy ensures that we are able to accommodate all guests who need accessible seating.
Peacock Theater is committed to working with patrons on a case-by-case basis to adequately accommodate individual needs. All ticket sales and exchanges are on a first-come/call, first-serve basis and will depend on ticket availability. There is no guarantee that any companion tickets will remain unsold and available.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR UPGRADES. The ticket purchaser is solely responsible for the tickets purchased. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
In general, children 2 years old and younger are admitted free into Peacock Theater events provided they sit on an adult’s lap and do not occupy a seat. Please note that some events may have different age requirements. Please see specific show for more information.

Purchasing your parking pass along with your tickets in advance is highly recommended. General and accessible parking passes are available for purchase online and at the box office. Designated parking is available for patrons with disabilities. These spaces, including van-accessible spaces, are designated for vehicles displaying a current state-issued disability placard or license plate.
